Program Description
Student Support Services (SSS) provides support services to low-income students, first generation students and students with disabilities enrolled in postsecondary education. Eligible students may receive (among others), career guidance and school counseling staff, teaching, mentoring and tutoring. The goal of SSS is to increase college retention and graduation rates of its participants and help students make the transition from one level to another higher education.
General Program Requirements
To qualify for this benefit program, you must be a student and planned to pursue graduate or business partner, and you must be one of the following: low income, first generation or disabled students.
Note: Grants are awarded to institutions of higher education.
