Program Description
Free public special education is available in all states of all eligible children and young people identified with disabilities under the Persons with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Services at no cost to parents, especially in the State public school system.
General Program Requirements
To qualify for this program, the child must be at least 3.21 and have a disability identified in the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), which can be found in http://idea. ed.gov /.
